Terms of Service — Vendor Wave

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vendor Wave ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

Vendor Wave is a Ghanaian multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers, vendors, resellers and dispatch riders. We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of vendor-listed products.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Ghana or otherwise legally permitted to transact in GHS to use the Platform.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees

Vendor Wave charges a 5% service fee on completed vendor orders. Optional services (e.g. verified seller badge at GHS 20) are clearly priced before purchase.

6. Payments & Escrow

Payments are processed via Paystack. Vendor funds are held in escrow and released after a buyer confirms successful delivery or a delivery dispute window closes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not list illegal goods, infringe intellectual property, defraud users, manipulate reviews, or attempt to circumvent platform fees.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Pending escrow funds are released or refunded as appropriate.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vendor Wave is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra.
